DAILY LOG

DAY 1  I logged on to TINKER CAD and figured out what i was going to print i am going to print a cat key chain

DAY 2  I got the basic shapes and used a already made cat 3d print as reference on what to go for and i made the body the head the ears and the whiskers

DAY 3    I couldn't make the body of the cat so i decided to make the head of the cat

DAY 4    I enlarged the cat and added the chain to it

DAY 5    I turned in the STL file in google classroom so it could be printed 

• Using an iPad a computer , I created a cat head keychain because I really love cats.

• During this process, I learned how to enlarge the grid and size the print up.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to digital citizen because i used a already made cat as reference to see what i was going for but still made the project original.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was The difficulty of making the keychain. I was able to do it by looking at references and asking questions.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the shape of the head and the thickness of the loop on the chain. The reason why I would change it is because the loop broke off and the head looked like an egg broke off cause it was thin

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the technical education CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in computer programing.
