It will be made on merge cube
Using Merge Cube, I created a short story because I needed a thing to do after I finished all my work in math. And I also needed something to do in advisory. And something to do at home.
During this process, I learned that people come to get help at the worst times, like when I was narrating my video. How I fixed this, I learned how to say later and google it to them. And if they didn't leave me alone I ignored them.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I looked around the room, I saw the cardboard dragon and thought 'that would make a great idea for this project' so I made my project about it. How this ties to innovative designer is that I used the technology around to further my design process and guess what, that dragon was a piece of technology.
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the time to work alone and not be disturbed. I was able to do it by speaking up for myself. And making sure people didn't bother me when I needed to work.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the story-line. The reason why I would change it is because I finished to early with it so I spent more time working on designing it and redesigning it I kind of got rid of the original premise.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in AR design, marketing, and 3D design.
