Day 1:

Started my website.

Day 2:

We came up with ideas and stuff.

Day 3:

We started our project, we did 2 podcast episodes.

Day 4:

Came in pretty late today so I got only one video/episode of the podcast today.

Day 5:

Turns out we needed a script so we started on the script

Day 6:

I wasn't there for day 6

The video was finished already and I am now working on my reflections.

Using a green screen, iMovie, and an iPad, I created a podcast because we thought it would be a cool idea.
During this process, I learned how to use part of the microphone, and partly how to use the green screen.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because we picked what the podcast would be about.
A challenge I overcame on this project was pretty much restarting. I was able to do it by making a script and then recording the video easily.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how much we did. The reason why I would change it is because we didn't do as much as we could've done or as much as we wanted to do.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in news/news reporting because the podcast was mainly about news and we talked about it.
