Planning Questions

On this project I will be working by myself.
What materials will you need for your project?
I will need the Co-space app and a merge cube to create my project.
What is your plan to create in this project?
I plan to create a story by using the Co-space apps tutorial's.
What unique qualities will your project have?
My project will be very neat and have many details and realistic sides.
This day I spent my time thinking of 10 Good ideas on what I am able to create on my augmented reality, as well as working on my planning questions.
I made my story plan and stated my project.
I finished creating me city where its a normal day .
I strayed adding a living room which will tell us that a meteor is heading into earth.
I created a bunker which could possible survive the meteor.
I create a bunker and a meteor where people run to to survive from it.
Today I finished my cube and I am ready to make my video.
I Made my video which shows my finalized project with a voice over.
Using an I pad, co spaces ,and a merge cube, I created a animated story of the end of humanity. I made this as I thought was a cool and creative story which represented the end of time. To make the story I added coded figures onto a merge cube off my monitor and computer using the website https://cospaces.io/edu/ . As in doing so I combined figures together to make structures and other inanimate objects to make my story come to life.
During this process, I learned how to use the website Co space as well as learning how to film a real life video of my merge cube outside of co space. In doing so I was able to fully complete a merge cubes 6 sides with a good detailed story. As well as learning these new fond skills of a new way of some coding and being able to be very thorough with every side I created.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner because everyday of this project I set a goal to get one side done. As an Empowered learner i set my goal which I worked hard each day to achieve. Finally I used my technology to my advantage such as co space which would help me with tutorial videos that help me through reaching my goal each day.
A challenge I overcame on this project was being able to group all of my object on to the cube. I was able to do it by talking among my peers which also struggled with he same problem, but working together we figured it out and were able to figure it out together. One other problem was changing the material of the cube to make it grass instead of the basic merge cube. Similar to the first problem I worked with people who figured out i could use glass panes to change the material and lay those out but later found a simpler way which saved us a lot of time.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the lack of detail in all of my sides. The reason why I would change it is because if I added more detail it would make the story flow better and look better as well. So in doing so it would make it higher quality and more life-like.

My project connects to the Digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in an animator, cartoonist, computer game developer, and exhibit designer .
