1.Are you working by yourself or in a team? I will be working with my friend Chloe on a green screen project
2.What materials will you need for your project?
A green screen, iPad or Shooting equipment, editing app, props, and people.
3.What is your plan to create in this project?
After carefully looking it over and looking at our recourses, we decided to do a weather report for our local area and shoot that using the green screen.
What unique qualities will your project have?
It will be full of humor- but still be professional, will be edited to make it fun and interesting,

today we spent the day getting to know how to use the materials and then got set up for the next day.

today we finally started recording are second video and then decide that we were going to do something else.

after Mr renner got done sp;eaking we went to go and shoot some more videos and added some thing and finnally wer were done.

then the last day we edited the video and and updated are websites and gotr done with everything.
Using a green screen, I created a weather report video with my friend chloe because I wanted to learn how to use the iMovie better and learn how to use a green screen.
During this process, I learned how to film with a green screen, layer backgrounds, and edit video clips to make them look professional..
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator because I used digital media to express information clearly and creatively.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make the green screen background look realistic. I was able to do it by asking my friend that was in the video with me to help me figure it out and then she new how to do it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the script and add more details about the weather forecast. The reason why I would change it is because it would make our video more accurate and engaging.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in broadcasting, meteorology, and digital media because these jobs use similar video and editing skills to communicate important information to the public.
