• Using imovie I created an all about me  because I wanted to introduce myself creatively and share my interests, goals, and personality with others.

• During this process, I learned how to organize video clips, add background music, use transitions effectively, and use iMovie tools to make my story visually engaging..

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because I used digital tools like i Movie to share my ideas and tell my story in a way that was clear, engaging, and creative.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to use all the editing tools in i Movie effectively.  . I was able to do it by watching tutorials, practicing different editing techniques, and asking for help when I got stuck.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of time I spent planning before editing. . The reason why I would change it is because having a better plan would have made the editing process smoother and saved me time..

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in film editing, digital content creation, and multimedia production because it involves using technology and creativity to produce engaging videos, just like professionals in those careers do.
