Design thinking

My understanding of the concept of design thinking is. That you have to empathize and learn about the people that you are designing by observation and interview. Define or create a point of view that is based on what the users need and there insights. Ideate or brainstorm and come up with as many creative solutions as possible. Building prototypes and testing them for feedback on what could be better.
