Using tinker cad and pictures off google I created a hockey game that is play able on different surfaces.
because I haven't seen anyone create anything like this which gave me the idea of this creation of hockey.
During this process, I learned that a slow pace makes it a lot better because you can think and get thoughts out.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative communicator because I expressed my creativity through this game creation.
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the ball for the carpet game to line up and fit right I over came this by lining it up on a center line.
Given a chance to do this again, I would make little nets for something to aim at. The reason why I would do it is because you don't have anything to aim at to score.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Engineering, and Robotics.
I chosen to do another 3D print because I really like the designing and engineering portion of it because I really want to go into an engineering career and I would like to own my own house out in the country with lots of land and possibly have 2 kids and a wife.
