Do I need to register my student group every year?
Yes! All student groups must be approved by the Student Activities Coordinator by completing a registration renewal form and update all information annually to maintain registration and privileges of a student group.
How many students are necessary to start a new student group?
Per requirements in the Student Group Handbook all groups are required to have a minimum of 5 Hastings College students in order to remain active on campus, or to start as a new group.
How do I get food catered at my event?
To put in a catering request, please email dining@hastings.edu at least 14 days prior to your event. Menus can be found on the Event Planning page of this website.

How do I reserve a space on campus for my event?
There are different processes for spaces on campus. Please view the Event Planning page of this website.
Do I need to get my flyers approved before hanging them?
Yes! All printed material on campus needs to be reviewed, approved and stamped before they are allowed to be hung on campus. Please review the full process on the Event Planning page of this website.

Studio 200
The studio provides a wide range of tutoring, writing support, one-on-one feedback, a place for students to meet for group projects and other learning services. It is also the hub for accessibility and accommodations services.
Intramurals
The Hastings College intramural program is a great way to have fun with friends and build teamwork while being active. The program is operated on campus, with activities being held throughout the academic year. Activities include everything from sand volleyball to video games to basketball — it’s a lot of fun, a great way to stay active and compete with your friends!

Restore & Crimson Cupboard
Crimson Cupboard is a food pantry for all students at Hastings College that are struggling with food insecurity and Re-Store is a free thrift shop that provides basic clothing or housing necessities for students.
Counseling Services
Our counseling services staff helps students identify, plan for, manage and seek help with the many stressors that they may encounter so that they may fully enjoy their Hastings College experience and carry with them the skills learned into all that they will become and be part of. We offer both in person and virtual care.
Campus Safety
Hastings College is concerned about the safety and welfare of all campus members and guests and is committed to providing a safe and secure environment. The Student Concerns Team reviews reports sent in by faculty, staff and students and looks out for the well being of all students.
