Reserve a Room
To reserve a room through Google Calendar:
Open your Google Calendar
Create a new event
Select More options
On the right-hand side, select Rooms
Scroll down and select Perkins
Select the room you'd like to reserve:
Perkins Room 200
Classroom 206
Seminar Room 209On the left-hand side, select Find a Time
Choose the appropriate date and time
Add the title Reserved
Go to Event Details
Change the Default visibility to Private
Add a description, including your:
Name
Contact info
Reason for reservationSave
