HMS MI-Trades Summer 

HMS MI-Trades is a partnership between the Hastings Area Schools, MI-Steam Network, and the local community.  The goal of the program is to expose Middle School Students to the Trades to help them start planning for a career.  Students have an opportunity to learn what educational opportunities exist to prepare them for the trades, what certifications are needed to perform the trade, as well as some general basic financial information and projected employment opportunities in the trade.   Students will learn carpentry skills through hands-on building.
