Money should be counted by at least 2 volunteers at all times. $200 should be left in the cash box, smallest bills possible, and the rest should be placed in a deposit slip and dropped off at the bank. You can fill in the yellow fields on this form for help with this. Make sure that we take record of the concessions vs donations vs box office vs merch vs space usage. For accounting purposes, these NEED to be broken out.
Refer to training for where to put money at the end of the night or ask a volunteer who has done it.
The small concession machine should be plugged and charged at the end of the night.
