Is the stage box on? That's the rack on the stage on the cabinet. The top right switch should be on.
Are the mutes on, on the stage box? There are mutes for the subs and high end on the stage box. If they are glowing red, they are muted. Press them to unmute. One mute will turn off a whole side of speakers.
Is the correct snake plugged into the stage box? Make sure if you plugged the mic or instrument into the blue snake that the blue end of the snake is plugged into the propper input on the stage box.
Does the mic need phantom power? Ask, if you don't know. Phantom power can be added at the board by selecting the channel and pushing the 48V button.
Are the speakers on? See this guide to turning on the system.
Is the channel muted? Make sure that the channel has a green "on" above the fader.
Is the gain high enough? Select the channel and find the gain knob. Most regular mikes and instruments need to be at least half way.Â
If you are adjusting monitors and can't hear anything, make sure to exit monitors and make sure the channel is unmuted (green "on"). That main section mute mutes the channel everywhere.
