Turn on sound system and stage lights (see instructions)
Make sure NEST doors are securely closed and locked
Hang flags outside
Check thermostats
Ensure that there is no trash/messes in the lobby, theater, hall, balcony, deck or bathrooms.
Check that the trash has been taken out
Turn on all candles and table lights (some you need to twist the wick)
Start concessions (see individual instructions on concessions)
Ensure fridge is stocked
Once stage is set, close the door to the basement
Ensure table cloths are clean (replace if they aren't)
Make sure all appropriate doors are open (allen wrench in drawer near cash register). Doors include all front doors, concession door, side theater door, theater double doors, back stage door.
Put out the A frame sign
Unlock fridge doors
Take out money (done by a board member or seasoned volunteer)
