Turn off sound system and stage lights (see instructions)
Clean and wash all concession appliances
Clean up all trash from lobby and theater (and basement green room if used)
Turn off all candles (some you need to twist the wick)
Turn off and recharge all small table lights
Make sure all concession appliances are off
Take down flags outside
Check thermostats
Make sure small POS is charging
All garbages with food should have bags tied and should be put in the larger trash can behind the stage. (if that is overflowing there is a key to the dumpster attached to the trash can)
Cans and bottles can go down to the basement on the pallets near the N/A drinks, if mostly full.
Dirty table cloths can go in a trash bag to be placed with the other laundry (don't mix with wet towels)
Make sure all doors are locked (allen wrench in drawer near cash register). Doors include all front doors, concession door, side theater door, theater double doors, back stage door.
Bring in the A frame sign
Check bathrooms
Check balcony, if used
Check deck, if used
If possible, set up for the next event (tables have black table clothes with a vinyl record in the middle, one blue candle holder, one wooden, and one unique, all with candels)
Lock fridge doors
BOARD MEMBERS ONLY: Count money (See Square POS) and use THIS FORM to give to the treasurer, you may find paper copies that can be used as well.
Take everything you brought with you
Turn off all lights (switches are near the sink on the pillar in the concession space and next to the sound board in the theater)
