Use hot dogs in the fridge first, then use freezer hot dogs (check experation first and make sure they still look and smell good)
For freezer hot dogs, thaw in the middle sink with cold water (or, if open, use The NEST Microwave)
Turn on rollers and heat on medium
Put hot dogs on the rollers. They take about 8 minutes to cook. (use the thermometer to see that they get to 165 degrees F)
Turn temp to low
Use tongs to put the hot dog in the roll (condiments should be on the cart next to the bar)
