Overview
The Rally Bar is video conferencing hardware. We have connected it to our Zoom account.
Scheduling a Zoom meeting for this device is done by emailing a request to CCRvideoconference@hardingacademy.us
You can also start an instant meeting by opening the Zoom app on the iPad stationed in the Creed Conference Room and email out the details of the meeting from the app.
The Rally Bar is controlled by a dedicated iPad in the CCR. The PIN to unlock it is: 1971

For an existing Meeting
You should have gotten the details back from requesting a scheduling meeting to CCRvideoconference@hardingacademy.us
But if you didn't:
Click "Join" under the event you wish to share the details from
if you did an instant meeting you can proceed to step 2
The Meeting is started, click the "Invite" button
Click the "email" text at the top
Fill out the email you wish to share to (hint: email it to yourself and then you can forward it to others)
Click "Send"
Click the "x" to close the window and return to the meet controls

This button is for screen sharing. You can click Desktop or iPhone/iPad to get details on how to share to the conference room display.

Lock meeting
Enable waiting room
Hide profile pictures
Share Screen
Chat with
Rename themselves
Unmute themselves
Start Video
Record to computer
Request hos to start cloud recording

From view you can change how the meeting displays to:

Thumbnail
Gallery
Multi-speaker

Invite allows you to email the details of the current Zoom meeting so others may join.
Tip: Email the details to yourself so you can forward to others from your own device.
