What happens if your BBID in CompassNet Changes after linking your Tuition Management
Our business office will disconnect your old BBID from Tuition Management and put your new email in Tuitition Management
You will need to reconnect to Tuition Management following the directions below.
Go to https://parent.blackbaud.school/Login.aspx click on the Forgot your username or password? link
On the next screen enter your Family ID and old Tuition management username (which we will supply) and click Reset Password.
Once you reset the password go to https://parent.blackbaud.school/Login.aspx and enter your Tuititon Management username and password
Click "Link Accounts" to finish
Converting your Tuition Management login to a Blackbaud ID
Starting March 27, 2023 you be asked to use your BlackBaud ID to login to Tuition Management.
Your Blackbaud ID is the email you use to login to CompassNet.
You can only use one Blackbaud ID per family to login to Tuition Management.

You will first see this login screen. Put your Tuition Management associated email or username.
Click on the the "Sign In" link next to "Already have a Blackbaud ID account"
Put in your old Tuition Management username and password in the fields to the left
Enter your Blackbaud ID (the email you use to login to CompassNet) on the right
Click "Link Accounts" to finish
