If you login to CompassNet using your child's account you will not be able to schedule parent / teacher conferences. You will not see the Parent / Teacher Conference Resource Board.

If the scheduling site does not load it may be down. Click this link to verify the site is up. The scheduling service is called pickatime.
Please refer to the CompassNet Calendar for dates on which the scheduler is open.

STEP 2: Choose Event and schedule appointments
STEP 2: Choose Event and schedule appointments
Lower School (PreK-5) Fall & Spring Conferences: are always with the home room teacher. The student does NOT attend the conference.
Middle School (6-8) Fall Conferences: you may schedule with any of your middle school student's teachers. Your middle student does NOT attend the fall conference.
8th Grade Parents Fall Conferences: will also need to schedule a high school conference. Your date chooser will look different. Please see these instructions.
Middle School (6-8) Spring Conferences: you make one appointment with your student's advisor. Your middle school student attends (and leads) the spring conference.
The dates illustrated below may vary from actual conference dates.
Click on "Fall 20xx Parent Teacher Conferences" to start scheduling
Parents of 8th grade students will see a choice for High School Conferences.
Check by the students you wish to schedule
Click Next Step
Click the checkmarks next to the teachers you wish to schedule
Click on the + to schedule times.
Create the appointment (after you click on the + )
This gear icon shows the appointment is scheduled.
Click on it to cancel or change the time of the appointment.
Click to "My Appointments" to view appointments

- Can you schedule more than 1 conference with a teacher for the same student?
No.
You may only schedule 1 appointment per student per teacher.
Parents will need to coordinate scheduling of conferences.
Please use the same parent CompassNet account to schedule all conferences
- Can I reschedule a conference online?
Click on the gear in the scheduler.
Or My Appointments > Click on the three dots to pull up a menu.
