• Launch the app and enter your mobile phone number

• Enter the code texted to your mobile phone number

By default when you sign up with the app your are subscribed to notifications for every team. 

To subscribe only to the teams you wish to follow got to :

1. Teams

2. Click on the "+" sign next to each season.

3. Click on the teams you wish to unfollow.

Repear for each season. 

In this example below, the user is subscribed to notifications for CROSS COUNTRY - LOWER SCHOOL.
