PushPages are email communications generated through CompassNet.
By taking the steps below you can make sure these communications don't get sent to your email's spam folder.
Sometimes, legitimate emails may be mistakenly filtered as spam.
Open your email application (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail).
Navigate to the Spam or Junk folder.
Look for emails from @myschoolapp.com or @myschoolemails.com or @myschoolnotifications.com
If you find any, mark them as "Not Spam" or move them to your Inbox.
NOTE: Make sure you search everywhere (including Trash & Spam folders).
Method 1: Using Advanced Search Options
Open Gmail: Navigate to Gmail and sign in to your account.
Access Advanced Search: Click on the sliders icon located on the right side of the search bar to open the advanced search dialog.
Select Mail & Spam & Trash: In the "Search" dropdown menu, choose "Mail & Spam & Trash".
Enter Search Criteria: Input your search terms or specify other criteria as needed.
Initiate Search: Click the "Search" button to view results from all folders, including Trash and Spam.
Method 2: Using Search Operators
Open Gmail: Navigate to Gmail and sign in to your account.
Enter Search Query: In the search bar, type your search term followed by in:anywhere. For example:
@myschoolapp.com in:anywhere
This command searches for the term "invoice" across all folders, including Trash and Spam.
Press Enter: Your search results will display messages from all locations.
Adding your school's email addresses to your safe sender list ensures future messages arrive in your inbox.
Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Select "See all settings".
Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
Click "Create a new filter".
In the "From" field, enter @myschoolapp.com , @myschoolemails.com,and @myschoolnotifications.com
Click "Create filter".
Check the box for "Never send it to Spam".
Click "Create filter".
Sign in to Outlook.com.
Click the gear icon and select "View all Outlook settings".
Go to "Mail" > "Junk email".
Under "Safe senders and domains", click "Add".
Enter @myschoolapp.com , @myschoolemails.com,and @myschoolnotifications.com
Click "Save".
Log in to Yahoo Mail.
Click the gear icon and select "More Settings".
Go to "Filters".
Click "Add new filters".
Name the filter (e.g., "School Emails").
In the "From" field, enter @myschoolapp.com , @myschoolemails.com,and @myschoolnotifications.com
Choose "Inbox" as the folder to deliver the emails to.
Click "Save".
Open Mail.
Go to "Mail" > "Preferences".
Click the "Rules" tab.
Click "Add Rule".
Set the rule as follows:
If: Any of the following conditions are met: From Ends with @myschoolapp.com , @myschoolemails.com,and @myschoolnotifications.com
Perform the following actions: Move message to mailbox: Inbox.
Click "OK".
