Meeting Notice- Student must be invited evident by their invitation
Date of Notification- Must give student/family 48 hour notice of the meeting as evident by the date of notice
Agency Consent Form- Consent form must be sent with invitation or earlier. Consent can be offered or denied. Upload signed form to finalized IEP as evident of consent given or not.Â
No Consent- state as such in PLAAFP and mark N/A in Transition Section of IEP
Consent-invite ayesha.cole@dars.virginia.gov to the IEP and copy the invite and attach to finalized IEP
