2: Audience Rows: Watch a demo of how to complete the Vodcast Pretest in Photo Booth. 

3: Set up your iMac work station for the Vodcast Pretest:
->Open Photo Booth: movie feature; no effects
->Open Classroom and the vodcast assignment. Decide which topic you will use.
-> Go to the Finder & Applications. Open Stickies. Make talking points: words/short phrases; NO sentences. 
->Choose a Student Choice that has AUDIO for when you're NOT vodcasting.
->You need a headset/earbuds: use your own or borrow from DS.
4: Participate in Silent Studio:
-> We will do a practice "Hi, my name is (say your first & last name)." Listen to/watch this short film: do you need to speak up? do you need to adjust your posture?
-> When your vodcasting group is called, you will have 5 min to do as many recordings as you can. When your session ends, choose your "best" vodcast and submit it to the assignment.

1st Thing:
-Turn in your lab agreement (Isaiah; Valentino; Israel; Noelle; Morgan; Tobin; )
-Finish the Name Tile (Isaiah; Valentino; Israel; Christian L. & Christian M.: see me to identify yours)
-Complete the Week 1 Exit Ticket (late grade)
-Make Student Choice #2, #3, #4, or #5. 

2: Audience Rows: Learn how to use Photo Booth to take a selfie, add effects (optional), and turn it in (Google Classroom, Week 2).
3: Complete the Selfie assignment. Make any Student Choice when you're done.
4: Complete phase 1 of the DS Puzzle: solve as many as you can independently.
5: Pair up to complete phase 2: work with a partner to complete your puzzle and theirs.
6: Phase 3: work in a team of 12 to complete everyone's puzzle accurately. Grade your partner's puzzle. Make sure YOUR score is accurate before turning in.

Aug. 28th: Happy 💭National Thoughtful Day😊
***We will begin with the Rock, Paper, Scissors competition after attendance. Here's a demo film!***
1: iMacs #11 - 22, 25-28: walk your chairs up for audience rows to watch the film/hear directions.
2: Walk your chairs back to assigned seats.
3: I will pull a name stick to begin the competition. Then, 2 more for watchers. 
4: That first person will go to the first iMac and challenge that student. A watcher will follow until it's their turn; then, the other watcher takes over.
5: If you lose, head to your assigned seat. If you win, continue to the next student, in iMac order.
6: If you do not accept the challenge, you forfeit your turn.
Here's the call: "Rock! Paper! Scissors! SHOOT!" (Tap your fist into your opposite hand for the first three; throw your sign on the word "SHOOT!")

-log in "B4"  and wait to be called for audience rows

3: Continue to work independently:
-finish setting up your iMac (Classwork grade) -- I will come to your iMac to check it.

-start the Exit Ticket (Quiz grade, due tonight)
