In Hackney, we make a promise to all our looked after children and care leavers that we will look after them as best we can, with a further set of promises about how we will try and do this. In order to keep in contact with young people, we have set up a text messaging service so that we're able to let young people know about new opportunities and resources. Please always make sure we have an up to date contact number for you so that we're able to send you these texts. You can share any changes to your mobile with us by emailing leavingcareservice@hackney.gov.uk or reaching out to a Leaving Care practitioner.
