In order to better support the diverse religious needs of our College community, HACC has dedicated a new interfaith prayer room in Cooper 130 at the Harrisburg Campus. This room is open to all students and employees for prayer and meditation and is provided particularly in response to our Muslim students’ request to have a safe and comfortable place to perform mandatory prayers throughout the day. The room will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Those who wish to utilize the room are encouraged to bring their own prayer rugs; however, mats are also available to use.
