Setting up Calendar Availability
Start at My Account on the left hand navigation menu
Click on the My availability tab in black at the top middle of the page
Click on the Add New availability button
Select a name for your schedule(usually name/semester)
Select a location or locations from the list
Select Location- (If you are open to both virtual and in person at the same time, include Virtual and in person locations in the types of meetings)
Select Room
Select Start Date and End Date- (Suggestion, Semester start and end)
Select yes for publish
Select When you would like your meetings to start at Meeting Start Options. Meetings can start on the hour, 15 min after, etc.
Select the types of meetings you would like to schedule via Accommodate
Select your start time, hit the Control button and scroll down to the last time you would like appointments to begin. Repeat for each day you would like students to schedule for.
Skip down to the Submit button.
If you have more than one location repeat and select alternate locations.
