Creating a search
SEARCHING FOR STUDENTS :
For a basic search by student name:
Start under the All Students Menu
Select the Black tab at the top for Detailed Search.
Type the name in Keywords search
You can include the Coordinator name they are associated with by choosing the appropriate name in the Assignment box.
Click apply search.
To return to the Search screen click the back button at the top. To return to seeing all students, you will need to clear the search. Click the clear button.
To set up a filter to view your caseload upon logging in :
Click on the down arrow beside SAS Case Files on the left hand navigation bar
Click on the Accommodations option
At the top of the page in the Assignment box select your name.
Click on the Apply Search button
Click on the Save Defaults button
To download your Caseload into an Excel File.
On the left hand side grey menu select the Reporting
Select the pencil icon next to the Student Case-load by Coordinator
One the last column title, "Assigned to" there are three dots
On the filter select your name and click Done
Click Generate Report
Click Download Excel button at the top
