Creating a New Student:
On the left hand side, select All HACC students
Search for the student name
Select the Accommodations tab at the top in black
Select the Create a new Case File in the blue box in the middle of the page.
For New Non Credit Students:
Fill out the form at: Harrisburg Area Community College Student Access Services Intake Form (symplicity.com)
Bringing New Students into the System:
Review the student record, if they are underlined, they should be able to be brought in to Accommodate
If not underlined check Banner to see if they are a non-credit student.
If they are a non-credit student, please let Erin know that you brought them in so that their course schedule can be updated, as it will not be done automatically
Once a student record is brought in.
Check to see what classes their campuses are at and what each Coordinator’s caseload looks like before assigning the student.
If a student is filling out the form for a future semester, please send them the Early Semester Submission e-mail.
