Requesting Accommodations
Begin at: https://hacc-accommodate.symplicity.com/students/index.php?tabmode=list.
The site may prompt you to sign in. Your username and password are the same as your Myhacc account. After logging in, you will see a menu on the left hand side. Click the Start here option.
Click the new letter request option
Select the semester.
Click the Add new button
Your accommodations will appear in blue at the top of the page
Select the semester again
On the right side of the bottom box a red button will appear, it is called Submit for all Accommodations.
Click this button.
Congratulations, you have successfully submitted your request.
