Adding Notes on a student Record 

Adding Notes in Accommodate 

To Add a Note to a Student Record:

(This allows us to add notes to students who have not registered with SAS)

1. Click on the All Students button.

2. Enter the student's name, ID or Hawkmail in the Keywords box found at the top of the page. 

3. Click Apply Search.

4. Click on the page and magnifying glass icon.  

5. This should take you to the student record. 

6. Click the Core tab at the top of the student's record.

7. Click on the Notes option.

8. Click on the Add New Student Note option.

9.  Select a Category for the Notes, add subject and add Notes.

10. Click Submit. 

Adding Notes 

Adding a Quick Notes By E-Mail:

1.  When emailing a student, include in the cc section, a special address.  <case number>.<schoolname>@accommodate.symplicity.com  

2. Ex. A000017-2019.hacc@accommodate.symplicity.com
