Farewell to
Aim: correction of response to negative experiences, emotions, feelings
Objectives:
• to transform into positive;
• to release negative emotions and feelings;
• to work out thoughts and emotions which the student is used to suppress
Equipment: A4 paper sheet, paint of different colours, a bowl of water, pencils
Age: 13 year-olds and older ones
Instruction
1. Decide on a feeling or emotion you want to say goodbye to;
2. Take a pencil into the hand you don”t write with;
3. Close your eyes and scare them with a scarf;
4. Draw the outline of your feeling or emotion in one motion;
5. Crumple a sheet of paper with force and clip it in water;
6. Straighten your sheet of paper;
7. Take a brush and some paint and create a nice picture on your paper sheet, any you desire;
8. Now look at the pictures of other pupils and write your associations on what a person should do to get rid of his problem. Start your sentences with 'In my opinion you should...';
9. Read the ideas of other pupils according to your picture and put them in one line starting from the best idea to the least important one.
