Our university, in collaboration with the University of Tsukuba and Chiba University, had a proposal selected for the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED) competitive research funding program, “Medical Research Support Program.” Seven young researchers at our university will receive research funding support starting this fall. The inter-university collaboration aims to create outstanding achievements in medical research by networking clinical research in areas where each university has strengths.
