If you do not receive an email contact the day before, please contact the Next-GIP office as there may be some kind of email problem.

After consulting with your supervisor and mentor, please submit a statement of reasons (theme and purpose before and after the change, and the reason for the change: any format is acceptable) to the secretariat. If the Steering Team deliberates and approves the change, please conduct the QE with the new content.
