A. You are expected to participate in joint company information sessions hosted by Gunma Prefecture.
In addition, you may be encouraged to participate in events related to cooperation with companies in the prefecture sponsored by the prefecture.

A. Failure to complete the required courses will result in failure to complete the GIP.
Attending content is a GIP compliance requirement. Please consider attending even the smallest conferences.

A. New graduate students are registered with APRIN at the beginning of the academic year, so please check with the academic affairs section of your district.

A. For the two you inquired about, you can complete the course even if you miss one or two classes. Some subjects may not be possible, so please check with the GIP office for each subject and consult with us.

A. We contact lecture applicants individually by email; the GIP curriculum is independent of the university process curriculum and is not listed in the syllabus of the teaching system or in the list of zoom IDs from the academic affairs of the Department of Health Sciences. If you do not receive an email contact the day before, please contact the Next-GIP office as there may be some kind of email problem.

A. After consulting with your supervisor and mentor, please submit a statement of reasons (theme and purpose before and after the change, and the reason for the change: any format is acceptable) to the secretariat. If the Steering Team deliberates and approves the change, please conduct the QE with the new content.
