Money is one of a company's most important management resources. In this seminar, the following three topics will be explained in a storyline. (1) The company's financial structure, (2) The meaning of the financial data, and (3) The flow of money.
The seminar also includes an exercise in outlining the company's profit and loss and financial statements in order to develop a sense of business numbers.
