Students will need to create a Dynamic Forms account or log-in if a returning student.
Step 3: Register Online on Self Service
Click here to view a tutorial video and in-depth registration instructions. Counselors are also happy to help.
Step 1: Submit an Application to Grossmont/Cuyamaca College
If you have questions, check out our GCCCD Application FAQs.
Applications will take 24-48 hours to process before moving on to Step 2.
Step 2: Complete a High School/College Credit Enrollment Form.
You will need to do this electronically through Dynamic Forms. New students will need to create an account (different from your application account).
Click here for first time students or here for continuing students.
You will need your GCCCD ID number (not Valhalla). You should receive an email with this number or you can log into Self Service and click on User ID/Profile to access it. You must wait 24-48 hours after completing an application to log into Self Service.
List the course you plan to take (i.e. Spanish 120, Art 100, etc.) and the term (Summer, Fall, Spring).
Once you submit the form online, it will be sent to your parent/guardian to sign electronically. Once a parent/guardian has signed off, it will be sent to your counselor via email and we will sign off electronically. You MUST have an active application before submitting your form. If you are having technical difficulties, you can also submit a paper form (Download HERE). For correct counselor emails, please see below:
