In order to add a college course you have taken to your Valhalla transcript, please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have finished your course and your grade has posted to your college transcript.

2. Visit cuyamaca.edu or grossmont.edu.

3. Click on the Self-Service tab in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Once logged in, access the menu on the left and scroll down to the "Academics" tab.

5. Click on "Unofficial Transcript" and download the document. Either print it out or email your counselor the transcript.

6. Once your counselor receives the transcript, we will add the course to your Valhalla transcript. Please follow up with us to make sure it was sent and received. 

Please note: There are limits on how many credits you may add to your Valhalla transcript. You can read about these limits at the bottom of our concurrent enrollment page. 

When you apply to a four-year college, you will need to report your college courses under the college section of your application. You will also need to send a copy of your official college transcript when asked. 

In order to request an official transcript for college application purposes, please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have finished your course and your grade has posted to your college transcript.

2. Visit cuyamaca.edu or grossmont.edu.

3. Click on the Self-Service tab in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Once logged in, access the menu on the left and scroll down to Helpful Links. You should see a tab that says, "Request Official Transcript". Once you click on it, you should be led to the Parchment website.

5. You will need to make a Parchment account (if you don't already have one). Follow the prompts, request an official transcript, and send it to the college/university requesting. They have a pre-loaded database of schools.

When you apply to a four-year college, you will need to report your college courses under the college section of your application. Only send your transcript when requested (typically mid-year after Semester 1 and/or at the end of the year).
