Argument: Although it appears that communism and fascism are opposite ideologies, the ends of each are the same: dictatorship. 

Argument: The Nazi regime's use of propaganda, indoctrination and scapegoating caused harm to German youth. 

Argument: Despite the violence and intolerance of the Nazi regime, individuals and groups dissented and resisted. 

Argument: Historically, Russia has always played "catch up" to Western Europe.
