Nutritional debate will continue as long as humanity exists. There is a keto diet, a carbohydrate-free diet, a vegetarian diet, an intuitive diet and many others. I have tried many types of food. When you choose the type of food for yourself, you become part of the community.
I did not eat meat for several years. I also tried a vegan diet.
I think that vegan food is the most correct. You are vegan if you do not eat food of animal origin. Plant foods provide a lot of energy. You feel energized.
The amazing thing is that we don't even know that it is possible to cook our favorite foods without animal products. For example, our favorite Russian dish is borscht. It is not necessary to add meat and sour cream to the soup. If you do not do this, you will not feel the change. But your body will say “Thank you”. Of course there are downsides to a vegan diet. It is important to keep enough protein in the body. In addition, you should take vitamin B12. Because it is only found in animal products.

I want to talk about healthy lifestyle. It is really important to do sport and eat properly these days. When I was younger I ate a lot of fast food. But now I understand that it is absolutely useless. I have a special diet now. I do not eat sweets and buns. There are many fruits and vegetables in my ration. I totally agree with the opinion that fruits and vegetables are the most important things in proper nutrition. These products have lots of vitamins. For instance ,
Vitamin A is found in apples, grapes, carrots, tomatoes. Such a vitamin improves vision, support for healthy hair, skin, bones and teeth. Vitamin E is present in Broccoli, Spinach. It slows down skin aging.
