The Himachali cuisine is a wonderful blend of different Pahadi food that offer a delightful gastronomical experience. America is commonly referred to as the "melting pot" due to our wide variety of people, cultures, religions and foods! Our country commonly eats cake, fast food, pizza, ice cream, and many other things. Based off of where you live in America, you might eat different things. For example southern America like sweet tea, beignets and casseroles, while the north like unsweet tea, seafood, and cheesecake. New foods are constantly being introduced to America, so the foods we like are constantly changing. To the left, you will see an American Flag Cake, Red, White and Blue Ice Cream, and Bomb Pops. Bomb pops are a lemon, cherry, and blue raspberry flavored frozen popsicle, commonly eaten by American children in the summer to help cool off in the hot weather.

Air Fried Kale Chips

1 Bunch Kale
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Optional)
1. Preheat your air fryer at 375 degrees F (190 C) for around 4-5 minutes.
2. Wash your kale head thoroughly and dry them, then cut the leaves to your desired shape.
3. Toss your kale leaves into a bowl along with your olive oil and soy sauce and massage the ingredients together.
4. Put your kale into the air fryer and keep a close eye on them.
5. Shake the pan halfway through cooking.
6. They're done when crispy.
7. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy!

1. Soak the onions in a small bowl of cold water for 15 minutes. Drain.
2. Put the potatoes in a medium saucepan with cold water to cover by about 2 inches and season generously with salt. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until fork tender, about 8 minutes. Drain, transfer the potatoes to a large bowl, and mix with the onions and celery. Set aside to cool.
3. Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue to cook for 7 minutes. Drain and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water until cool, about 5 minutes. Peel and roughly chop the eggs.
4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, parsley, relish, mustard, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon salt. Carefully mix the mayonnaise into the potatoes with a rubber spatula. Add the eggs, taking care not to break them up too much. Season the salad with pepper to taste. Serve.

Instructions:
Put the ground beef, diced onions, bacon, and seasonings together in a large bowl and mix well.
Take the meat and form it into about 10 t0 12 balls that are 3 inches in diameter. Then squash them into round, flat burger patties that at most 1 inch thick.
Then cook the patties on a grill for 20 minutes or until they are deep brown. Make sure you flip the patties over every 5 minutes.
Finally take the patties off the grill and put them in-between the bun. Add any condiments and toppings that you want to the burger.
Now for the best part. Eat up!

Juice of half a Lime
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Pinch Sea Salt
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat 3 to 5 minutes until mixture is fluffy and no lumps remain, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Taste and adjust salt if necessary, and serve.

CABBAGE SOUP
Ingredients:
· sauerkraut – 300 g;
· large carrot – 1 piece;
· onions – 1 piece;
· potatoes – 0.5 kg;
· tomato paste – 1 tablespoon;
· flour – 1 tablespoon;
· bones – 200 g;
· meat – 200 g;

Method of preparation
