Current Overview:
For the first 5 weeks of Term 1, our Year 10 Classes are revising and extending their knowledge of measurement, including:
Converting Metric Measurement
Standard Form
Area, Perimeter and Volume
Numeracy
In Term 2, our Year 10 students are entered for the first Numeracy Common Assessment opportunity, which counts for 10 credits towards their NCEA qualifications. This will take place during Week 4 of Term 2.
This is an external exam which will take place in accordance with NCEA requirements and regulations. The assessment takes place online via chromebook and students are allowed to use an approved calculator during the assessment.
