Transcripts

Alumni Transcripts:

If you need a final transcript as an alumni, you may come by the counseling office and request final transcripts in person. Please bring the following: 

• Completed Transcript Form

• Valid Photo ID

If you are not able to come to the school, please email Ms. Miller at hgmiller@greenville.k12.sc.us the completed transcript request form along with a copy of your photo ID. 

Current graduating seniors are allowed 1 official copy of their transcript sent for free to the college named in their SchoolLinks survey. Additional copies are $5. 

Immunization records can be requested using the transcript request form as well.
