Students may apply for a $2,000 Sirrine Scholarship by visiting the Sirrine Scholarship Application website. The on-line applicant system will open February 2, 2026. All applications must be submitted online by April 15, 2026.
Sirrine Scholarships are awarded for a maximum of four years for undergraduate study at a two- or four-year institution. Sirrine Scholarships are renewable for a maximum of three (3) years, provided the student maintains satisfactory progress toward the completion of his/her program of studies. Renewals are not automatic; the student must reapply each year.
There are two (2) different applications for applying for the Sirrine Scholarship.
New Applicant – A student has never applied for the J. E. Sirrine Scholarship or has never been awarded the scholarship. A student must be a graduate of the class of 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 in order to apply for the 2026-2027 academic school year.
Renewal Applicant – A student is currently receiving the J. E. Sirrine Scholarship and is eligible for renewal of the scholarship. A student may be awarded up to four years for undergraduate study at a two- or four-year institution.
**Winter graduates are not eligible for this scholarship opportunity as they are unranked and class rank is a part of the eligibility process**

We got you! Woodmont uses Schoolinks to send transcripts to colleges as well as teacher recommendations. You'll want to tell Schoolinks about the applications you are filling out - that gives your school counselor a way to send your transcript securely through Parchment.

Herff Jones is now able to take orders for your graduation cap and gown. You’ll go to the Herff Jones website to order.
You can shop by high school (Woodmont) and then navigate to just the cap and gown under Graduation Products, and then Grad Gear and Apparel. It is at the very bottom of the page with just a picture of the gown. Don't worry, it includes the cap and tassel.
Prices will go up after December 1st, so be sure to order soon.

FAFSA will send you the SAI (Student Aid Index) which is the basis for your financial aid package from colleges.
Remember, you'll be attending college in the Fall of 2026. You will want the '26-'27 FAFSA form. Don't get confused! The '26-'27 FAFSA form will open October 1st.
