Description: TVs/monitors are used in conjunction with decoders and professional grade digital signage software to display presentations, videos, car line monitor, websites, etc. Content can be delivered to all TVs/monitors simultaneously or unique content can be delivered to each TV/monitor.
School will provide:
TV monitors that have been mounted on walls
Computer/Laptop
Power outlet near each TV
Network drop at each TV location
Decoder for each TV
Appropriate cables to connect decoder to the TV and the network
ETS will provide:
Design system and provide quotes
Support
Training
Pros
Professional grade video distribution software included with decoder
Distribute a single video to multiple TVs/monitors or distribute unique videos to each TV/monitor
Computer does not need to be dedicated to the video distribution system
Cons
Moderate learning curve for the video distribution software
