In the past, it was each location's responsibility to replace defective external Promethean board audio amplifiers. These amplifiers were typically used with the older style boards where the speakers are not built into the board and the amplifiers were typically manufactured by Weltron. If you believe you have a defective audio amplifier, please contact the ETS Help Desk or submit a HEAT ticket in order to have a technician evaluate the issue. If it is determined that the amplifier is defective, ETS will now replace the amp at no cost to the location. Please know that this only applies to the standard audio amplifier used on most of the boards, this may not apply to specialty situations or amplifiers outside the norm.

Possible hardware issues are assessed by the Promethean technicians. Please submit a HEAT request in order for these techs to be scheduled to check on the issue
There are four (4) versions of the Legacy Promethean Board Projectors and Brackets, depending on the current configuration of your Promethean projector connection.
Please refer to the pictures to determine which version you have in order to know what parts are needed.
