During the summer of 2026, the District will transition from the current Chromebook management system (SAS) to a new platform called One to One Plus (OTO).
One to One Plus, also referred to as OTO, is our updated inventory and device management system designed to track student Chromebook assignments and location status.
We are transitioning to this platform to centralize our device management, streamline the check-in/check-out process, and maintain a highly accurate inventory. While the transition requires some adjustments to our standard End of Year (EOY) collection, establishing this system now will save time and prevent device loss in the future.
Summer Priorities
Attend Chromebook OTO training on July 7th or Aug 7th
Familiarize yourself with the Chromebook Procedures and Frequently Asked Questions section of this website
Scan all Chromebooks you intend to continue using into your location's OTO system. This includes new refresh Chromebooks, Kiosk and other dedicated Chromebooks.
Create serialized barcode labels and attach to all Chromebook chargers.
