Adding Users to School Groups in AD
When needing a user added to school groups for printing, e-mail, or drive mappings the Principal should make the change through AMS
Promethean Issues
When placing an ATG ticket for Promethean issue, please list room number, teacher name and if issue is board/pens, projector, wall connections, or active inspire.
If board/pens: please give Serial Number of board if available or type of pens
If projector: please give the type of projector
If active inspire or computer issue: the VNC number for the computer
Also, if it is a laptop, list dock status. Several issues happen when docked but not when off the docking station.
