There are numerous Categories for repair (HEAT - ATG) requests and we wanted to share some information about these categories and who would work the ticket
N-Computing
Clients Flashing - This can usually be fixed remotely. Need to include the Host name and vnc
V-Space License issue - This is usually a fix by the hardware technician
Multiple Sessions Message - there are clients logged in using the same login credentials. Can be looked at remotely. Need the host name and vnc
Repair of laptop or desktop - Hardware technician will need to repair with an onsite visit
Rename laptop or desktop - This can be done remotely if:
The ticket includes current machine name
The machine is connected to a data cable and
The machine is turned on and not locked by a user
Timelink issues -
If the unit is not accepting punches or not getting connection - this is a Help Desk request
If there are issues with the information collected, this is a Lawson Support request
