Out of Warranty Repairs:
It is each locations responsibility to fund and arrange service for non-Dell Chromebooks.
Procedure:
· Place a ticket to have a technician evaluate the system before arranging repairs (This will not be necessary for obvious repairs such as a shattered screen)
· As per board rule EFE, no third party repair shall be initiated without written permission from ETS. This is the authorization to initiate third party repairs with Mobile Cell Repair and only applies to non Dell Chromebooks. It does not apply to cell phones, laptops, desktops, Smart boards or networking equipment.
