My name is Amy Weinberg. I am thrilled to be teaching in Greenville County Schools. This is my fourth year here at Woodland teaching second grade. I moved here from Clearwater, Florida three years ago. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. I have an Early Childhood degree and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education K-6. I have been a classroom teacher for over 22 years. I have taught fifth grade, third grade, first grade and now second. Teaching children has always been a passion of mine. Being able to mold young minds and teach the future is a true honor. Your child will have the best year in second!
I have one little boy who is 6 years old and keeps me very busy. He just started 1st grade here at Woodland and is loving it. Out of school I enjoy going to museums, trampoline parks, hiking, shopping, traveling, drinking coffee and trying new restaurants. I am very happy to be teaching at Woodland and working with many families to come.
