Hello! I am so excited to be a part of Woodland and for the opportunity to teach your child! I have my Masters of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education from Armstrong Atlantic State University. This will be my 12th year teaching and my 2nd year at Woodland. I have taught Pre-K and 2nd grade in North Carolina!

My family and I moved to Greer in the summer of 2024 to be closer to our oldest son and his wife.  We also have another son that is teaching High School Social Studies and is engaged to an amazing young lady.  Our first grandchild was born in October of 2024, and we love spending time with her! In my spare time I like to spending time with family and spend time in the  outdoors.  

I am originally from Berlin, Germany and moved to the US when I married my husband.  We were fortunate to travel with the US Army for 25 years all over the country and Germany. 

I look forward to working with your child in 2nd grade, and I know it is going to be a great year! They will enter into my classroom feeling safe, loved, and be part of our school family.
